Cancellation fee

100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations received less than 30 days before the Conference.

Accommodation for participants

We arranged a special price for hotel accommodation for the participants, the conference price is 1750 CZK/night per room instead of the standard price 5100 CZK/night per room. Payment and reservations are individual directly with the hotel.
