Ultra-subsidised entry fee for hospital representatives who have ordered a detailed evaluation report in 2025:

• 6.990 CZK excluding VAT when registering until 31^st August 2025, from 1^st September 2025 entry fee 7.490 CZK excluding VAT

Standard admission price for management and employees of other companies (healthcare suppliers, laboratories, etc.):

• 24.990 CZK excluding VAT

Closing date for registrations

Registration is open until 20^th November 2025. In case of full capacity of the conference, registration will be closed earlier and it will be possible to register only on the waiting list.

Cancellation conditions

The organiser shall inform the client without delay of the cancellation or non-cancellation of the event due to force majeure. The organiser also reserves the right to change the date and place of the event due to force majeure. In the event of a complete cancellation of the conference by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full within 30 days of the announcement of the cancellation.

In case of cancellation by the participant within 30 days prior to the conference, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the participation fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the conference, the cancellation fee is 100 %.

An electronic tax document - invoice will be issued based on your order. The price includes the lecture program and networking with experts.
