The Best Hospital of the Year

A comprehensive evaluation project focused on the financial health, safety and satisfaction of outpatients, inpatients and employees of Czech hospitals. The structure of the comprehensive comparison is based on the methodology of the strategic tool for measuring the performance of organizations - Balanced Scorecard (authors: Prof. Norton and Prof. Kaplan - Harvard University, USA). The Best Hospital of the Year 2025 project will run from 1^st February to 31^st August 2025.
